About the role

As a Senior Growth Marketing Lead you will lead growth marketing and analytics across all our channels, and the entire customer engagement funnel. You will own our top of funnel digital marketing channels, our community marketing efforts, and invite/referral campaigns. We’re looking for creative, data-driven individuals who are equally comfortable with hands-on execution and leading a team as we continue to grow. 

You will: 

  • Drive success across all our key channels- digital, community and referrals
  • Manage the customer funnel to drive scalable and efficient growth in the business 
  • Own data analytics to help us deepen our understanding of marketing performance and user behavior so we can identify and execute on the highest impact opportunities
  • Work closely with product, engineering and operations to enable data driven prioritization, experimentation and decisions
  • Lead special projects that can drive significant customer and business impact
  • Help scale our the analytics and growth marketing functions

You have: 

  • At least 5 years of professional work experience in a growth marketing or analytics role
  • Strong data analysis, communication and synthesis skills with ability to understand marketing performance and customer engagement data and identify insights
  • Analytical and solution-focused tendencies with ability to think creatively and leverage data to make key decisions
  • Ownership mindset and a natural ability to move fast and focus on impact
  • Interest in contributing to a growing company beyond your day-to-day responsibilities
