About the role
We are seeking a talented and motivated Operations Manager to join our growing team. In this role, you will play a pivotal role in developing, managing, and scaling our operations workflows across different (internal) projects and new (customer-facing) product launches. As a result, this role requires a versatile individual who can rapidly pivot to a wide variety of responsibilities including and not limited to operations, customer support, data analysis, and reporting on business performance. This role is a remote-only position and reports directly to the Operations Lead.
