About the role

As a Marketing Manager (Digital Marketing and Content), you’ll partner with marketing and product teams to own the creative pipeline and optimizations for our online marketing. 

Responsibilities: 

  • Build a robust pipeline of content – to ship new creatives everyday
  • Optimize our online marketing campaign funnel– to scale the best creatives
  • Work closely with creators and the team to generate and test ideas in a rigorous and systematic way to ensure predictable and consistent performance  
  • Mentor others as needed to uplift the team’s capacity, and to democratize online marketing knowledge within the company
  • Help drive strategy, insights, efficiency, feedback, and more to improve the results of our online marketing efforts overall

Requirements: 

  • Minimum 2-3 years of professional online marketing experience with a strong technological and entrepreneurial aptitude
  • Strong experience with content creation including design and editing in Photoshop, Final Cut / Premier Pro or similar tools
  • Ownership mindset with a focus on fast-paced, impactful work
  • Proven experience as a Facebook Ads Manager, particularly within the finance sector; agency experience is advantageous
  • Interest in contributing to the company's growth beyond daily responsibilities.
